Before your visit
Who can become a patient?
New patients are welcome, age 13 and older.
Do I need a referral?
No referral is needed for most visits. Call the clinic if you have questions about your appointment.
What visit options are available?
In-office: Full services at our Randolph Road location in Silver Spring, with parking at the door.
Telehealth: Follow-ups, medication checks, and therapy from home, by phone or video.
Home & facility visits: For patients who cannot travel to us, we visit at home and at nearby independent and assisted living communities. Availability is limited; please call to ask.
What languages are spoken at the clinic?
Our team sees patients in English, Spanish, and Thai.
What are the office hours?
