Not everyone can get to an office visit. Home and facility visits are part of the clinic’s approach to reaching patients who cannot travel to us.
We welcome residents of independent and assisted living communities, along with their families and staff. Contact us to discuss care needs at home or in a nearby community.
Telehealth from home
Follow-ups, medication checks, and therapy are also available by phone or video.
